First responders in Western Australia found her unresponsive at her farm and told People that “early indications” show that “the death is not suspicious.” Giuffre’s death comes less than a month after she told People that her husband, Robert Giuffre, was physically abusive.

The disgraced movie producer is once again facing charges for rape and sexual assault after his 2020 conviction was overturned last year. The retrial will include an allegation from a new accuser, a former model and actress named Kaja Sokola, who says Weinstein sexually assaulted her in 2006, along with testimony from two other women.
