    Dubai: Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) is offering 350 unique number plates of three, four and five digits for private and vintage vehicles as well as motorbikes bearing A-H-I-J-K-L-M-N-O-P-Q-R-S-T-U-V-W-X codes. Registration of bidders for this 75th online auction opened on Monday (April 15). Bidding started at 8am and will be open until April 22. The selling of licensing plates in this auction is subject to a five per cent VAT (Value Added Tax).
