Two groups of plaintiffs in a multidistrict pork-price fixing lawsuit have received preliminary approval for their multi-million-dollar settlements with Clemens Food Group. U.S. District Judge John Tunheim found both the $7.75 million settlement agreement with the Commercial and Institutional Indirect Pork Purchasers and the $13.5 million settlement with the Consumer Indirect Purchaser plaintiffs to be fair, reasonable, adequate and in the best interests of the settlement classes.
