Barry Sternlicht’s Starwood Capital Group is partnering with Jeffrey Soffer of Fontainebleau Development to build luxury condos on Jupiter Island, a lesser-known wealthy enclave north of Palm Beach. The 26-unit building, called 1 Homes Jupiter Island, is slated to be completed in 2027. Condos will be marketed at $11 million to $27 million, with all units boasting ocean views to the east and intracoastal views to the west.
