Hi @gracieabrams @gracieshq Ticketmaster in Germany say I can’t get a refund or exchange the tickets. As I said the seat numbers were not shown when booking and I need to sit next to my daughter. If you can help, I would really appreciate it. We saw Gracie in Bristol last weekend
