The morning of writing this, I had my make-up applied by Bobbi Brown's senior make-up artist, Zara Findlay, who informed me that if you're not getting on with your bronzer then it's undoubtedly the wrong shade. She's probably right. Up until this exchange, I was anti-bronzing. I prefer blush to bronzer and have always argued that a bronzed face feels too artificial for my fair complexion, which, even when it's being kissed by the sun, doesn't turn as deep as most bronzing powders I've encountered.

Could @HabitatUK please deliver the duvet set I actually ordered and paid for weeks ago? They sent me the wrong (less expensive) item that I have no use for. Funny they can employ people to take the order quick but ghost you when it goes wrong. And then keep your money. Crap.

Is @AirCanada the worst airline ever? A year ago they charged me twice for a ticket and then refused to deal with it via customer services. I has to email then had a reply saying it could take six weeks to respond. Then nothing for months. Anyone else has this service?
