A line of credit is a flexible financing option that allows businesses to borrow funds up to a predetermined limit, as needed, rather than receiving a lump sum all at once. Similar to a credit card, it provides revolving access to funds, meaning you can draw from the line, repay, and borrow again. For example, if the lender requires that you make monthly payments equal to 2% of the outstanding line balance, and you owe $10,000, your monthly payment will be $200.
