In a world where things sometimes seem to go backwards, Mandidextrous keeps moving forwards. They recently launched a new label, Speedbass Recording, where they showcase their signature sound, full of 4×4, bassline, jungle, and tek flavours. The first official release, ‘Needed You’, has been doing bits. Inviting BEANIE, Gea, and Samurai Breaks to the label, the next few releases are looking promising too. Mandidextrous truly is a versatile artist.

2024 was a year in which Koven reached a lot of milestones, both on a professional and personal level. The biggest of them all, though? The duo celebrated 10 years since Katie, their vocalist, joined. In those 10 years, Koven went through some changes, and experimented with their sound, but always stayed true to themselves. “We’ve never tried to fit in with trends because honestly, we don’t know how to,” Katie tells us.

There’s never a bad time to redefine yourself, and SHOSH is the latest example of this. After 10 years of being at the forefront of garage with 24 Hour Garage Girls, she thought it was time for something different. This does not mean she’s done with garage, though. She’s still got her weekly show on KISS FM and is still incredibly passionate about building up the scene and supporting the underground movement. While trying something different, the right direction turned out to be dubstep.

This scene is where he really learned the ropes and got into producing, sampling from random €1 vinyls and picking out tunes in his favourite record shops. And when you discover he’s from Antwerp, a city with a vibrant underground scene full of undiscovered gems, things will start to click.

2025 is shaping up to be a massive year for T & Sugah. With their latest release ‘Louder’ kicking things off this year, they are now working towards the first indoor edition of their very own High Tea Festival. What started in 2011 as a musical collaboration between the two, grew to become the High Tea Music label in 2016, with the first Festival in 2022. With years of experience as producers and numerous sold-out events under their belt, they know the scene inside and out.

His album, Pillars, came out this August and he’s now ready to bring his unique sound to the club scene. While you may know him as one half of the D&B duo The Outsiders, Sorza’s solo work takes a more experimental direction. In Pillars, he draws on Bulgarian folklore, revisits half-time rhythms, and finds inspiration from artists like Ivy Lab and Lorn. To fully experience this album, we recommend listening from start to finish rather than shuffling through the tracks.

She packed her bags at Liquicity, packed up her stuff at her old place, and has moved to Amsterdam, the capital city of The Netherlands. Fear not, though. She has no plans to quit music or art anytime soon. On the contrary, with time to focus on her own career now, she’s got more plans than ever.

After a year of not releasing any original material, Gentlemens Club is back. This multigenre trio has never been afraid to break boundaries within the bass scene, experimenting with whatever subgenre that comes their way. Their mild release hiatus ended with ‘FEVER’, which came out on Deadbeats, and it’s one of many tunes to still come out. Gentlemens Club brings the energy we know them for, blending UK dub, bass, and breakbeat elements to create a fun track start to finish.

Four years ago, she released her first music and now she’s already on her fourth headline tour. It’s going well for Zingara. For The Crystal Children, her most recent EP, was released on November 1, and it’s a love letter to her “childhood dreams, the universe and the collective.” Ever since she was little, Zingara has been inspired by these themes and now, she’s bringing them to life through her music and through workshops at festivals.
