I know it’s supposed to be relaxing “me time,” but having my hands incapacitated while I literally watch paint dry drives me bonkers. Because I make TV appearances as part of my job, I started getting regular manicures at the beginning of 2024 — taking deep, cleansing breaths while the manicurist clipped, shaped, and painted my nails.
