Bea of Heathsville, charged with indecent acts with a child while acting as their custodian, a pre-sentence report was ordered and sentencing was set for July 8. In the case of Lakeena O. Noel of Heathsville, charged with four counts of probation violation on a felony offense, Noel was not found and was determined a fugitive.
