DELANO, Calif. (AP) — “That ’70s Show” actor Danny Masterson has been sent to a California state prison to serve his sentence for two rape convictions. Authorities said Wednesday that the 47-year-old Masterson has been admitted to North Kern State Prison, and they released his first prison mug shot. The photo shows him wearing orange prison attire, with long hair and a beard. In June, Masterson was convicted of raping two women in his Los Angeles home in 2003.

CHARLOTTSVILLE (WINA) – “Your time on this earth is limited, so make the best of it.”Those words in a podcast posted on social media back in April by Aldo Abello… the man killed while standing in the grass alongside his vehicle disabled in the left lane the side of I-64 near Zion Crossroads after it hit a deer Sunday evening. Abello was a Charlottesville resident, but his family is in Miami and has set up a GoFundMe account to raise money to bring him back home there to lay him to rest.

CHARLOTTESVILLE (WINA) – Charlottesville Police are investigating an early morning shots-fired incident in the 800 block of Hardy Drive. In fact, WINA’s Jay Hart was in the station parking lot when he heard about 10 shots fired from a semi-automotic weapon from that direction. Officers arrived and found shell casings. No one was hurt and there’s no reported property damage. There’s also no suspect description. Anyone with information is urged to call Charlottesville Police at (434)970-3280.
