    Georgia's basketball team learned its SEC opponents for the upcoming season Wednesday morning. Dates and times of the games will be announced later. Georgia will host Alabama, Arkansas, Auburn, Ole Miss, Tennessee, Texas A&M, Florida, South Carolina, and Texas. Georgia will also travel to Texas, South Carolina, and Florida and play games at Kentucky, LSU, Mississippi State, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Vanderbilt.     The Georgia women’s track and field team made some history Saturday night, winning the NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championship at Oregon. It’s the women’s first NCAA outdoor crown and the third team track crown in school history (the women won indoor in 2018, and the men won outdoor in 2018). This gives Georgia 52 national titles across all sports, which is tied for second in the conference. Georgia’s women’s tennis and equestrian teams won national titles earlier this year.

    Kirby Smart has added a new defensive analyst to his football staff, and it's a familiar name. Saturday night, former Bulldog linebacker Jaden Hunter posted on X that he's accepted the position. He spent last year coaching the outside linebackers at Georgia State for former Bulldog running back coach Del McGee. A former four-star, Hunter was the nation's 46th overall player when he signed with the Bulldogs in 2017.
