    Tap Global to List on London's Junior AIMTap Global said it plans to list on London's junior AIM later in the month. The regulated cryptocurrency app said Friday that it wasn't raising any new capital nor would it be providing a secondary offering as part of the admission. The company said it had 743.4 million ordinary shares in issue at present. The board said that AIM was a more appropriate market for the company, allowing it to attract a wider set of investors and improve liquidity over time.

    By Anthony O. Goriainoff AIB Group plans to sell its stake in the AIB Merchant Services joint venture to its partner Fiserv for an undisclosed amount. The Irish lender on Friday said the sale of its 49.9% shareholding in AIBMS is expected to result in a positive effect of around 35 basis points on its CET1 capital--a key component of a bank's regulatory capital requirements. AIB said it would continue to work with AIBMS and Fiserv by referring customers requiring merchant card services.

The FTSE 100 tobacco group on Tuesday said it now expects to deliver revenue growth for the first half and the year of 1% to 2% at constant rates, up from a prior 1%.
