A 17-storey purpose-built rental tower is being proposed on a narrow lot in Scarborough's Wexford neighbourhood at 1641 Victoria Park Avenue. Designed by Arcadis for 12412993 Canada Inc. (Meta Realty Inc.), the high-rise would be about a kilometre north of the upcoming O’Connor stop on the Eglinton Line 5 Crosstown LRT.

Grmada Holdings inc has filed a Minor Variance application with the City of Toronto that seeks additional height for 3750 Bathurst Street in North York's Clanton Park neighbourhood. The third submission in the site's redevelopment journey follows two previous submissions designed by WZMH Architects, the most recent of which has zoning approval for 32 storeys. The new design by Graziani + Corazza Architects increases the tallest volume to 36 storeys.

Construction continues on Alba, a 32-storey condominium designed by Core Architects for Edenshaw Developments, rising just south of Mississauga City Centre on Hurontario Street at Fairview Road East. Since UrbanToronto’s last update in February 2025, the project has reached the mechanical penthouse level, with the residential floors now fully formed. Below, work continues on the tower envelope, with balcony railings steadily being installed along the lower residential floors.
