Construction continues to transform the Six Points area of Etobicoke, where eight tower cranes remain active at Kipling and Dundas. On the south half of the site, work is advancing on The Stella, the official marketing name for a residential complex inclduing 26- and 30-storey towers at 5207 Dundas Street West.

Diamondwood Management and Delta Urban have submitted plans for a five-block development designed by Arcadis in Markham’s Cornell Centre. Rising to 33 storeys, the first phase would bring three towers up to 31 storeys, adjacent to the Cornell Bus Rapid Transit Station, giving it multiple connections across York Region and to the Greater Toronto Area generally.

Alias is nearing its full height on the east side of Downtown Toronto, with construction now approaching the 48th floor and cladding progress highlighting some of the distinct design features from podium to crown. Designed for the Madison Group by Teeple Architects with Turner Fleischer as Architect of Record, the tower has advanced significantly since UrbanToronto’s last update in December, 2024.

Final demolition now complete and shoring underway, Rose Garden Residences is pushing forward in Downtown Brampton after years of planning evolution. Designed by Graziani + Corazza Architects for The Hi-Rise Group, the complex will consist of a 22-storey condominium and 35-storey rental tower just east of Brampton GO and VIA station, outting the rest of the Greater Toronto Area within easy reach.
