At the 2025 New York Auto Show, Kia showcased a new hatchback version of its popular and affordable K4 Sedan. The 2026 Kia K4 Hatchback ditches the fastback silhouette of the sedan in favor of a truncated rear end and taller roofline. Overall, the K4 Hatchback is about 11-inches shorter than the sedan, but it retains the same rear legroom. Headroom on the second row increases by about an inch. The "hidden" rear door handles are tucked into the corner of the window, giving the hatch a cleaner look.
