Swiggy black membership is a scam! I was promised better customer service experience but when I went to report an issue I was by a BOT told the agent will EMAIL me within 6-8 hours. While taking membership they say that you will get better customer support @Swiggy @SwiggyCares https://t.co/c61NuaiS43
