August 15th marked six months since I set my fitness goal on February 15th. In the blink of an eye, half a year has passed. My goal was to reach a 40 cm arm circumference while maintaining the same body fat percentage or at least maintain a 35 cm arm circumference with body fat reduced to 15%. Unfortunately, I failed.
