Château Latour has released the critically acclaimed 2016 vintage grand vin onto the market place — a year later than originally expected — alongside its second and third labels. The Pauillac-based First Growth, which is owned by Artémis Domaines, was due to release of the 2016 last year, however it was held back in order to benefit from an extra year of ageing in the cellar, while the 2017 was released instead, being deemed “more open and accessible” at the time.
