Despite the Finance Minister replacing the VAT increase with a Fuel Levy increase, Parliament and its finance committees have adopted the Fiscal Framework... meaning the levy has officially been raised, but fuel prices have dropped as of today (5c/l - 93/95oct & 36c/l - Diesel)
