【彭博】-- 川普在美國大選開票一路領先並在周三亞洲午後自行宣佈當選，激勵美元暴漲，台幣尾隨其他非美貨幣而走挫，不過跌幅相對較小，台股則連三天收高。分析師預期，相對其他市場，台灣金融市場或將延續表現較佳的波動模式。 據台北外匯行情，台幣兌美元收貶0.64%，報32.175元台幣，創2023年12月以來最大單日跌幅。據彭博全球貨幣排行，在16個主要貨幣裡台幣表現居前，優於日圓、英鎊、墨西哥披索等貨幣的挫勢；而彭博美元指數則是大漲逾1.4%。 據兩位交易員，台幣跟隨非美貨幣走貶，而且午後外資與投信的美元買盤顯著增加，帶動台幣擴大跌幅。也因此午後特別是接近收盤前，有見公股銀行進場提供美元流動性，有別於早盤大致是市場自由波動。 儘管在川普上次任內，台股創下全球表現第一且台幣強升約11%的前例，然而此次川普高喊欲全面拉高進口關稅，批評台積電搶走美國就業，且美、中、台地緣政治關係更趨緊張，保護主義氛圍令台灣經濟與金融市場面臨新的挑戰。...

【彭博】-- 台灣央行總裁楊金龍上任以來決策多次出乎市場意外，被冠上Mr. Surprise稱號，而與他共事的前副總裁陳南光則批评是缺乏明確的政策指引或行為法則所致。 陳南光在一本新書中指出，台灣央行在2020年將M2成長區間降格為參考目標後提及採行彈性的貨幣政策，這種沒有名目定錨的貨幣目標機制，就如同「蚵仔煎沒有蚵仔一樣荒謬」，而容易出現前後矛盾、邏輯錯亂的政策。 根據官網的解釋，台灣央行採用彈性的貨幣政策架構，政策的參考指標，除M2成長率外，亦關注通膨預測、產出缺口、利率及匯率、信用及資產價格等等。然而眾多參考因素，在反對者眼裡則顯得缺乏一明確可依循的目標。 「回顧央行因應2021年起的這一波通膨的決策過程，就可發現這種前後矛盾、毫無章法的政策層出不窮，」陳南光在合著的《經濟學家看央行與貨幣政策：再談致富的特權》書中表示。他在文中以2022年3月會議升息一碼與2024年第一季升息半碼為例，均與楊金龍事前公開談話透露的考量方向相左。...
