The lawsuit, which claims 'Flowers' stole several elements from Mars' track and "would not exist" without it, was filed by Tempo Music Investments.

A survey of 4,702 Australians aged 18-35 has found more than half had been strangled during sex. The findings of the research on consensual sexual strangulation, commonly referred to as “choking”, have been splashed across mastheads, tabloids, and spurred a new campaign to educate young people that “there’s no safe way to strangle”. And the study comes at a time when Australia’s domestic abuse and gendered violence epidemic has reached a devastating pinnacle. It also comes amid a moral war on porn.

My 2024 Wishlist included Botox, a taser, and a government-issued vape. This week, nearing the end of my 13th “my last vape I will ever purchase”, I decided to conquer the easiest and cheapest of my wishes. By government-issued vape I mean a prescription vape and by easiest and cheapest I mean apparently all you have to do is tell your doctor you’ve tried it all and are simply at your wits end.
