In my opinion, there is one cafe in Sai Kung that has the hands down best pineapple bun in the city: the Sai Kung Cafe & Bakery. The crunchy cookie-like layer on the top is also chewy, which is a texture I’ve never had in a pineapple bun in HK. Whenever I’m there, I eat like three with a stick of butter on it.
