National Two maize traders, Harun Or Rashid and Abdul Khalek, were killed in a head-on collision between a Mahendra tractor and a motorcycle in Pirganj upazila of Thakurgaon. A total of 290 studies were included across all KQs, with two studies included in multiple questions. Supplementary files 2 (KQ1) and 3 (KQs 2 and 3) contain the PRISMA flow diagrams and lists of included. Excluded studies with reasons are within the Supplementary files. After screening 8278 records and 1480 full texts, we included 219 RCTs reporting on 167,864 participants (Figure S2.1). We included 125 of 283 studies included in the previous review [29].
