A little bit of a rinse and repeat forecast here. Around or shortly after dinnertime, steady rain will move in. Unfortunately, we won’t see JUST rain overnight. Temperatures will drop into the 30s, allowing for wet snow to fall across inland areas. There could be some minor accumulations, especially in the slightly higher elevations. Expect a soggy and cold start to Saturday. By Saturday afternoon, expect just cloudy and damp conditions with highs only in the low 40s.

More clouds will fill in this afternoon. We should stay dry with highs in the low 50s. Around or shortly after dinnertime, we will see rain and SNOW developing across the state. The flakes will be falling through Midnight, so there could be some minor accumulations, especially in the Litchfield Hills. Friday will be cloudy with on and off rain showers. Saturday still looks soggy, but I’m optimistic for drier conditions on Sunday.

Some passing rain AND snow showers to kick off the day! We are seeing more sunshine out there, but it’s not going to warm us. A chilly breeze will keep highs in the low to mid 40s. Wednesday will be bright, but still below average. Temperatures will start to move back into the 50s Thursday and Friday, but both days will feature more clouds. There could be a few showers Thursday night and Friday, but it won’t be a washout.
