The Helix Sunset, part of the mattress brand’s core collection, is built for side sleepers and people who toss and turn. Its multiple layers of responsive foam on a wrapped-coil base are supportive and allow excellent ease of movement, not to mention relief on pressure points like the hips and shoulders. I tested the Helix Sunset for 30 days for this review and—spoiler alert—liked it enough to keep it for many days to come.
