    The Pittsburgh Steelers don't have a quarterback under contract for 2025. Russell Wilson, Justin Fields and Kyle Allen are scheduled to become free agents in March. Steelers coach Mike Tomlin says the team is facing some "major discussions" regarding the quarterback position, and what options may be available in free agency and the draft. "It was a really good experience with the three quarterbacks that were on our roster this year, individually and collectively," Tomlin said Tuesday.

    A kickoff return for a touchdown by Peters Township High School earns the honors for Operation Football Play of the Week. The score by Nick McCullough was the only TD of the game. It was a 97-yard house call, as Peters Township defeated Upper St. Clair in a WPIAL Class 5A semifinal on Friday night. That play received 50% of the votes in Operation Football's weekly poll on WTAE.com.
