    JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) - Thursday: Dry weather continues for the Thursday morning commute, however a few isolated showers may be possible for areas north of I-20 by mid-morning. Afternoon highs will top out in the upper 80s and low 90s. Some of these may pack a little bit of a punch with gusty winds and small hail. Most of us will stay dry through the lunch hour but scattered showers will lift further north from the gulf by the evening commute, especially for areas south of I-20.

    JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) - Today: Your Wednesday morning commute will be a bit drier but still rather muggy as temperatures start out in the mid 70s. We stay dry through the lunch hour but a few scattered showers and storms will be possible throughout the afternoon and early evening. Highs are expected in the upper 80s and low 90s however heat indices may reach as high as the middle to upper 90s. Showers taper off later into the night but there may be a few left overnight into Thursday.

    JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) - Today: The rest of your Friday will be dry as this cool front continues tracking south. Rain chances drop almost to zero by the lunch hour as drier air sets in. A mixture of sun and clouds continues through the afternoon as highs top out in the upper 70s. Overnight lows will drop to the low 60s. Saturday: Cooler temperatures settle in Saturday morning with lows starting in the low 60s.

    JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) - Today: Off and on showers stick around for the end of the week and will last through Friday night. Rain chances will drop late Friday and into the beginning of the weekend as temperatures begin warming up. This weekend: A mixture of sun and clouds will be the story heading into the weekend. A few spotty showers can’t be ruled out in the afternoons, however most of us will stay dry Saturday and Sunday. Afternoon highs reach the middle and upper 80s over the weekend.

Wednesday: Another chilly start is in store for your Wednesday as morning lows dip down into the low 40s.
