    The race is too close to call. There appears to be no clear winner in Saturday's provincial election – at least for now – with the leadership race remaining neck-and-neck between B.C. NDP Leader David Eby and Conservative Leader John Rustad. As of 11 p.m. PST, neither party had secured the 47 ridings needed to form a majority government in the 93-seat legislature.

    Across the province, hundreds of thousands of British Columbians took to the polls Saturday to cast their vote to determine who will lead the province for the next four years. Oct. 19's voting day marks the first provincial election with new riding boundaries, which increased the number of seats in the legislature to 93 from 87. This is the province's 43rd election.
