Did someone hack the Emergency Announcement system on @wmata? Canned announcement says there is an emergency while someone is coming on live and saying there is NO EMERGENCY.

A reminder: #Ukraine is a sovereign nation so the US and Russia can decide whatever they want about peace, but they have to have Kyiv onboard to implement anything.
