    A seven-year-old Bengal tiger under treatment at Bahawalpur Zoo passed away on the evening of January 24. The male Bengal tiger was born on April 10, 2018, at Bahawalpur Zoo. According to Deputy Director Wildlife Bahawalpur, Syed Usman Bukhari, the tiger was suffering from gastroenteritis and a kidney infection, and symptomatic treatment was being provided. However, the tiger had stopped eating for the past three days, and its condition continued to deteriorate.
