SPRING HILL, Tenn. (WKRN) — More than three decades after a pregnant woman’s body was discovered in Spring Hill, a truck driver — and suspected serial killer — was convicted in the case. According to investigators, around 12:30 p.m. on May 10, 1991, the Spring Hill Police Department responded to a report of a body off Saturn Parkway near the ramp for Port Royal Road. Pamela McCall, 33, was found dead, with officials saying her clothing was torn and she had injuries to her face and neck.
