AMERICANS have just hours left to grab their portion of stimulus checks. But the $1,702 payments are only going to those eligible. The Alaska Permanent Fund Dividend, PFD is an ongoing stimulus check which started back in 1976. For nearly 50 years, the PFD has been offering checks to qualifying residents including those who have maintained residency for a specific period. The stimulus checks come from a program that manages Alaska’s oil revenues.

EACH year, millions of Americans must file state and federal taxes or face penalties. Those who fail to file by the deadline will receive a notice or letter detailing the penalties owed and steps to pay it off. The IRS has already processed millions of taxes and revealed the average federal refund was $3,453 during the first four weeks of filing. That's a 7.5% increase from last year's average of $3,213 within the same timeframe.

A 19-year-old is facing $115,000 worth of debt after a life-threatening car crash. Zane called into The Ramsey Show, where two of its hosts, Jade Warshaw and Ken Coleman, gave the young man some advice. "Three months ago, I got into a car crash at 60 miles per hour and broke both my legs," Zane told the two hosts. Most of the debt he incurred was his time staying in the hospital. Zane said he had also been out of work for the past three months and unable to pay the debt or make money.

A TARGET shopper has slammed the chain over its “terrible” return policy. After trying to get a full return, the Target shopper was only able to get some of its money back. The angry customer took to X and revealed what happened slamming the chain in the process. “TERRIBLE return policy. Tried to return $61 (with receipt) original paid $270. Used $86 in merch credit + $184 on Target MC.

Sam's Club has a few different membership tiers to choose fromAFTER years of ordering food courts favorites, Sam’s Club has decided to switch the way members pay. The payment move has frustrated some members who don’t find the switch faster or helpful. Multiple shoppers took to Facebook and revealed that to grab a food court item, members must now pay with the Sam’s Club app.
