The career development center will offer classes for skills such as laundry and dishwashing, as well as more advanced sessions covering 3D printing and podcast production. The facility also features sensory rooms for students to decompress.

Swim 1922 is the sorority's national partnership with USA Swimming, the national governing body for competitive swimming in the U.S. The program aims to increase swimming participation in the Black community, reduce drowning rates and change attitudes regarding Black people swimming.
