INDIANAPOLIS - Two people were hospitalized and 10 others were displaced after a fire broke out on the southeast side of Indianapolis late Monday afternoon. According to a press release, Indianapolis Fire Department crews were dispatched to the 6600 block of Greenwich Drive around 4:15 p.m. for an apartment fire. INDIANAPOLIS — Two people were hospitalized after a fire broke out on the southeast side of Indianapolis late Monday afternoon. Public emergency reporting systems indicate Indianapolis Fire Department crews were dispatched to the 6100 block of Greenwich Drive around 4:15 p.m. for an apartment fire. IFD confirmed that it received assistance at the scene from the Greenwood Fire Department. In total, six fire engines and four ladder trucks were taken to the scene.

LEBANON, Ind. - A duplex fire in Lebanon left a family displaced on Sunday. According to a Facebook post from the Lebanon Fire Department, crews were dispatched to the 1000 block of Lafayette Court around 1:33 p.m. to investigate an active smoke alarm. When dispatchers received initial calls about the fire, they were told the smoke alarm had been on for at least 30 minutes. Officers with the Lebanon Police Department beat LFD to the scene.

CARMEL, Ind. - The Carmel Police Department is investigating a hit-and-run crash that occurred Sunday evening. Public emergency reporting systems indicate the Carmel police and fire departments were called to Interstate 465 near Ditch Road around 7:49 p.m. to investigate a personal injury crash. A CPD spokesperson confirmed that the crash was an apparent hit-and-run. CPD also indicated that nobody sustained life-threatening injuries during the crash.
