We had some showers and isolated thunderstorms track through the area during the afternoon and evening hours on our Thursday. Thankfully, the low severe weather threat that was in place didn't occur thanks to the rain early in the afternoon. Even so, there was some small hail reported with that line that moved through around lunchtime. Most spots have picked up 1/10" to 1/2" of rain since late Thursday morning with some spots seeing up to/just over 1" south of US-10.
Rain chances to continue in scattered fashion today... but we're not done with chances going forward

We've had some showers and thunderstorms track through the area from early Thursday afternoon into Thursday evening. Thankfully, the low severe weather threat that was in place didn't occur thanks to some rain early in the afternoon. Most spots picked up 1/10" to 1/2" of rain since noon Thursday with some isolated higher amounts. Showers and thunderstorms are tracking through this morning with some severe storms along/south of I-90.
Rain chances to continue in scattered fashion today... but we're not done with chances going forward

Despite an increase in clouds during the afternoon hours, we had a really nice Wednesday across the area with highs in the 50s and lighter winds overall vs. the previous few days. While things are quiet and warmer to get our Thursday started, eyes are on a low pressure system to the west that'll be bringing in the chance for showers and thunderstorms later today and tonight.
