1. IntroductionIn early 2020, the world was rocked by an outbreak of COVID-19, which affected every aspect of human life. The COVID-19 pandemic disrupted higher education significantly, requiring the adoption of virtual teaching methods to ensure the delivery of technical courses like BIM. The fatal nature of the virus and the speed with which it spreads have been a huge challenge to many governments and organizations.
