AXA Investment Managers has hired Dominic Byrne as head of global equities for AXA IM Core, to lead the wider global equity team. Before the appointment, Byrne spent nearly 25 years at abrdn, where he was most recently head of global equities. He began his career in 2001 at Standard Life, remaining with the company as it merged into abrdn in 2017.
