Triptii Dimri is reportedly set to portray the late actress Parveen Babi in a biopic, slated for release on Netflix. Babi, who had a dazzling film career during the 70s and 80s, passed away at the age of 50 in 2005. A source told Filmfare, “Triptii’s dates have been locked. Guneet Monga’s ‘Anuja’ has earned a nomination in the Best Short Film (Live Action) category at the 97th Academy Awards. The production team behind ‘Anuja’ includes Mindy Kaling (‘Never Have I Ever’), Guneet Monga Kapoor (‘The Elephant Whisperers’), and executive producer Priyanka Chopra.
