    In the midst of contract negotiations with the Minnesota Nurses Association, Essentia Health has officially filed an Unfair Labor Practice charge with the National Labor Relations Board. The hospital alleges the nurses’ union has taken a “bad faith approach to bargaining.” Earlier this week, the MNA leveled the same accusation against Essentia. According to Essentia, on Feb. 10, administration offered MNA 54 dates in April, May, and June to work on bargaining.

He said on Destination Duluth the aurora had been brighter earlier in the night, but when he saw the Milky Way beginning to rise, he knew he still had something special.     A new development of hangar homes is ready for takeoff north of Duluth. The grass runway is built, and this Saturday, people are invited to a “fly-in open house” at the site of Superior Aero Estates just off Hwy 53 in Saginaw, Minn.
