Phoenix Spencer-Horn, 21, was found dead in a property, in East Kilbride, on Monday afternoon. Emergency services were called to the scene where they discovered her body. It is understood she suffered severe wounds to her neck and head. Stunned locals watched as police cars and ambulances turned up just after lunchtime.
