SOUTH PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A statue honoring Eagles legend Reggie White was vandalized Tuesday during a FIFA Club World Cup game at Lincoln Financial Field. A picture shows the bobblehead beheaded. Witnesses tell Action News that fans leaving the Espérance Sportive de Tunis vs. Chelsea match pulled the head off of Reggie White's bobblehead statue. "Why, why would they do that?" Abigail Gillon, 12, was riding an electric scooter with her best friend, 11-year-old Isabella Jones, on Saturday afternoon around 2:30 p.m. when the girls were hit by a car on Lehr Boulevard near Concord Road. Both girls were rushed to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.

GLOUCESTER TWP., N.J. (WPVI) -- A South Jersey man was seriously injured after police say a driver ran him over in a case of road rage. Robert Frisby says he was driving to pick his son up for work on Friday morning before 10 a.m. on Route 42, when he noticed another driver acting erratically. "All of a sudden, this guy in a Jeep kept trying to push me off the road," he said. Gloucester Township police say the driver of the gray Jeep Liberty began following Frisby, who tried to shake him.

WYNNEWOOD, Pa. (WPVI) -- A movement to eliminate cell phone use for children is growing among school communities throughout the Delaware Valley. "Wait Until 8th" is a campaign that encourages families not to give their children smartphones until they complete the 8th grade. Lower Merion School District dad, John Bellis, originally read about it in the book titled "The Anxious Generation," which details the effects of smartphones and social media on kids. "The evidence is overwhelming," he said.
