A care home providing round-the-clock support for adults with physical and learning disabilities says a proposed large residential development on its doorstep could impact the health and wellbeing of its residents. Bloor Homes wants to build 325 homes on land in the open countryside at Sandbach Heath. The development, which includes a community park, is earmarked for 19.28 hectares of open countryside/agricultural land between Manor Road and the A533, The Hill.
