SHERMAN, Texas (KTEN) — Sherman High School is introducing a new program to help students get jobs with technology employers like Texas Instruments and GlobiTech. Workforce Solutions Texoma gifted $150,000 and the Sherman Economic Development Corporation matched it for $300,000 of funding to the school.

The Biden administration has provided almost $2 million to fund 22 first responder projects in rural Oklahoma, but it's not enough. BONHAM, Texas (KTEN) — Bonham is taking its Christmas celebrations very seriously this year, and for good reason. "The theme for the parade this year is Home for the Holidays," said Bonham Chamber of Commerce spokesperson Kristi Dunbar. "Celebrating 175 years of Christmas in Bonham, we have a total of 77 entries in this parade."With more than 30 floats, schools bands, goats and more filling the main square of Bonham, there was plenty to see.

SHERMAN, Texas (KTEN) — Celebrating with a nice cup of hot chocolate, a ribbon-cutting was held Wednesday for the opening of a new doctor's office. "My residency training here at TMC for family medicine... finished that after three years," said Dr. Justin Noroozian with BestCare Family Medicine of Texoma. "Then I was kind of familiar with the area, knew most of the specialists so I just decided to stay."But this ceremony, turned out to be special for the Denison Area Chamber of Commerce.
