This is said to be the 1990 Lotus Elan SE that was used while filming the Rick Moranis classic Honey, I Blew Up the Kid in 1992. The car featured in a memorable scene, with a 100+ ft tall baby picking it up and playing with it above the Las Vegas Strip. The eBay seller has some documentation to back up the car’s claim to fame. They note that this is the only Elan to survive filming, which isn’t too surprising once you’ve seen the scene in question (we embedded it below).

This is the official Imperial Death Star Owner’s Technical Manual from Haynes, it’s 128 pages long and includes a wealth of information about the legendary starship, as well as fascinating cutaway illustrations, and in-depth information. Haynes has done a whole series of owner’s manuals in this style, including manuals for the Millennium Falcon, Tie Fighter, Rebel Starfighters, and more. They make great reading, and good conversation pieces on the bookshelf or coffee table.

Many have never heard of the Bitter SC, particularly those outside of Europe, and many mistake it for the somewhat similar-looking Ferrari 400 series. Fewer than 500 were made, and today they are considered quite collectible by those in the know.

The watch has a vintage-inspired dial with oversized, lumed numerals at the 12, 3, 6, and 9 o’clock positions. Each one is made in Switzerland, as you would expect, and it’s powered by an automatic mechanical Swiss movement offering a 38 hour power reserve and 26 jewels.

This is a 1967 Volkswagen Beetle convertible with a bespoke ice-cream-fridge trailer that currently belongs to celebrated chef Jamie Oliver. He’s now offering it for sale and the price estimate starts at $19,995 USD. The trailer was designed and built with a freezer so it can be used for storing, transporting, and serving homemade ice cream – a great way to make yourself the most popular person at any Cars & Coffee event.

A little personal news, it looks like I’m going to have to stop putting PhD after my name as I have been informed it does not stand for Pizza Hut Driver.

You can always tell how annoying someone is by the way they pronounce “croissant.”
