After a sunny and dry morning, southerly winds will gust up to 30 MPH and warm the region well into the 70s and 80s. The air will become noticeably humid, especially in New York.Storms begin to fire around 3 PM across western areas, before progressing east toward the Champlain Valley during the evening commute.
