Previous to his current role, Ben was the Head of Syngenta Digital, where he lead a team of people reinventing how to feed the world using digital technology. Within Ben’s direct remit were the teams responsible for digital product development, data infrastructure, advanced data and analytics, digital marketing and the broader digital transformation.
