2.2. ProceduresPrior to the research study testing data collection sessions, a full day was dedicated to providing familiarization sessions to students on the assessment protocols to minimize possible learning effects during the formal data collection. At the conclusion of the familiarization sessions, students were instructed to avoid engaging in strenuous physical activity or sports the day prior to testing.
