1 of 16 Robert Voets/CBS; CBS; Robert Voets/CBS; Paul Hawthorne/Getty Images In May, CBS announced the cast for Survivor's historic 50th season, set to debut in February 2026. So far, reactions have been mixed; everybody has their own idea of which players would make the perfect ensemble, but most fans can agree that there are some perplexing choices on the list, especially the inclusion of three players from the most recent season and two from the upcoming Survivor 49.

This morning, CBS announced the full cast for the hotly anticipated 50th season of Survivor, set to air in early 2026. It’s a first for the show, which normally waits much longer to unveil the players; not even the Season 49 cast is public yet, technically. The sun will be shining, school will be out, blockbusters will take over movie theaters … and we will be inside watching a bounty of new TV shows. The season typically isn’t the most prestigious time for TV, but there’s plenty of good stuff coming to the small screen — and it’s not all trashy fun.

Saturday Night Live Scarlett Johansson Season 50 Episode 20 Editor’s Rating 3 stars *** My expectations were high for the finale of SNL 50. This has been an okay season, relatively speaking, perhaps slightly energized by the writers hearing the phrase “50th anniversary” over and over, and there was no reason to think the show wouldn’t pull out all the stops for its conclusion.
