Accessibility aids are so often expensive to the point that it can become frustrating for gamers who might be restricted by conditions and disabilities of all kinds, but Xbox manages to keep its latest effort ultra-affordable and incredibly versatile. The Xbox Adaptive Joystick is both straightforward and complex, offering "shift" functions that multiply its 7 physical buttons into however many you need, or you can just plug it in and play right away.

Despite its issues on the first day of early access, I am still managing to win games in REMATCH, which is more than I can say for my Rocket League abilities. REMATCH (all caps, to stand out in your Steam library) is a third-person soccer game in the same vein as FIFA Street, or Volta Football, as it was later known.

In the first half of June, Microsoft pushed exciting changes to Windows 11 in preview for beta channels and retail releases for all users. In the former, Insiders unlocked Markdown formatting for Notepad and a new "Quick machine recovery" section in Settings that helps automate repairs to the operating system. After making Windows compliant with the Digital Markets Act by loosening default browser rules, European Insiders also unlocked the right to uninstall the Microsoft Store app.

Everything I know about Intel Nova Lake, presumably labeled as Core Ultra Series 4. Nova Lake is a codename for future generations of Intel processors for desktop PCs and laptops, following the usual "Lake" pattern as its predecessors. There are more thoughts and feelings behind this than I could ever fit into a single social media post, but my gut reaction is awful. I loved this guy's performance in Remedy's games; he had a massive influence on me. Hard to believe he's gone. Wish I could have met him. RIP.
