In today’s Stoic Sunday, we reflect on the words of Marcus Aurelius from his book ‘Meditations’. The philosopher reminds us that nobility and virtue are not synonymous with the preservation of one’s life. Instead, a real man should focus on how to best live the life before him and leave the rest up to the gods. Aurelius also encourages us to keep in mind the constant alteration of elements and to watch the courses of the stars as if we revolved with them.
